- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Dissatisfaction with the product
- Duplicate or accidental orders
- Delays in shipping or delivery
- Product description disputes
- Failure to read product details before purchasing
- Any technical or personal reason whatsoever

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or any other payment processor:
- We will actively contest and dispute the chargeback with full documentation of the transaction, order confirmation, and delivery records.
- Your account will be permanently banned from our store and all future orders will be refused.
- We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities and collections agencies where legally applicable.
- Filing a chargeback does not entitle you to a refund. We will not issue any refund as a result of a chargeback or dispute under any circumstance.
Chargebacks are considered fraud and will be treated accordingly.

In the extremely rare and exceptional event that a refund is issued entirely at our sole discretion:
- All payment processing fees, transaction fees, and checkout fees charged by the payment method or provider (including but not limited to credit card fees, PayPal fees, Stripe fees, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.
- These fees will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
- Only a partial product amount — minus all applicable fees and charges — may be considered at our absolute discretion.
We do not cover or reimburse any checkout or payment method fees, ever.
